WWE taped tonight’s edition of NXT on April 23rd from Winter Park, FL at the Full Sail University. Here are the spoilers for tonight’s WWE NXT broadcast.
– Singles Match: Charlotte defeated Emma by pinfall. After the match, Bayley walked to the ring and went to hug Emma, but instead hit a hugplex. Charlotte tried to stop her, but Bayley shoved her down and stormed off.
– Singles Match: Rhyno defeated Bull Dempsey with a Gore. Post-match, Rhyno cut a promo about Baron Corbin. He challenged Corbin to a match at the next NXT Takeover special.
– Enzo and Cass come down to the ring for a match with Scott Dawson and Dash Wilder, but Scott Dawson and Dash Wilder never appeared. A cameraman was seen running to the back to find Scott Dawson and Dash Wilder laid out by Blake and Murphy.
– William Regal is in the ring with Becky Lynch and Sasha Banks for a contract signing. The two will meet at the next NXT Takeover special for the NXT Women’s title. The segment ends with Banks attacking Becky. The two brawl in the ring, but are shortly separated by referees.
– Finn Balor is on commentary for the following singles match between Hideo Itami and Tyler Breeze. The match ends when Itami gets the win with a Shotgun kick. After the match, Breeze jumps Itami, but Balor makes the save. Breeze fought back, he nailed a superkick to both Balor and Itami.
