WWE has announced that there will be a State of the WWE Universe Address taking place next Monday night after RAW goes off the air. SmackDown General Manager Daniel Bryan, SmackDown Commissioner Shane McMahon, RAW General Manager Mick Foley and RAW Commissioner Stephanie McMahon will be taking part in the live debate special that will air on the WWE Network.
