The TMZSports.com website recently caught up with “Stone Cold” Steve Austin and asked him about Daniel Bryan’s retirement and WWE’s concussion issues. You can view a video of the video interview below:
Austin told the website, “I just think Daniel Bryan worked a very physical cruiserweight style and finally, after everything he did, it kinda took it out of him. I don’t think it’s going to be an epidemic…Over the past 20 years, there’s only been a couple guys that had to bow out with concussions. Daniel worked his ass off and he was a hard worker, and his style finally caught up with him. It is what it is but I don’t think it’s an epidemic.”
