Dusty Rhodes didn’t appear on Old School Raw despite a lot of discussion about putting him on the show. Rhodes still reportedly has heat on him with WWE officials after he went off-script during a promo on RAW opposite Stephanie McMahon during the storyline where Goldust and Cody Rhodes got their jobs back.
As previously reported, the issue was that Dusty refused to let Stephanie get the better of him during the promo and put his hand in her face. He hasn’t been on WWE programming since then.
