That means people tuned out for The Rock, John Cena, Triple H, Shawn Michaels & The Undertaker segments. RAW did have some competition Monday night with the return of Dancing With The Stars. These are scary numbers for WWE, especially since we're less than two weeks away from WrestleMania 28.
