— Seiya Sanada won the TNA X-Division Title at the TNA/Wrestle-1 One Night Only: Onslaught PPV that was taped earlier today in Japan. Senada is planned to be in the US next week for Lockdown and possibly the post-Lockdown TV tapings, and could conceivably drop the title then.
— Germany’s Sport1 has dropped iMPACT! Wrestling. According to reports, the show had been doing quite well and had replaced WWE programming on the network until a few months ago when it was moved to Saturdays. At that point it became a regular victim of pre-emption for sports coverage. Before Sport1 Impact aired on Sky’s subscription channel.
