​Tommaso Ciampa Suffers A Nasty Lip Injury At The PWG BOLA Event – Graphic Photos Inside

Tommaso Ciampa suffered a nasty cut to his lip while working the PWG BOLA events this past weekend. According to the photo below, Ciampa had a chunk of the lip removed and it required five stitches. OUCH! You can check out several graphic photos below
