— The plan for April 28’s Extreme Reunion is to add an additional 4-5 matches in addition to what was already announced. There will be new talent debuting in addition to the ECW nostalgia matches to show off veterans battling new names who can handle the style.

— Altar Boy Luke Hawx has been insulting Shane Douglas online, which appears to be a viral tease of him working the show.

— 2 Cold Scorpio will be working the event on Saturday. There are also some surprises being worked on, including more names from the original ECW. Tommy Dreamer will not be at the show because he’s booked for FWE in New York City that night.

— The official name of the company behind the event is “Five Guys Wrestling”, with the five guys being Shane Douglas, Cody Michaels, Kevin Kleinrock (who is heading up production), and Steve and Michael O’Neill, who were involved in Urban Wrestling and Dangerous Women of Wrestling.

— Danny Doring will likely not be at the event on Saturday. Doring was one half of the final ECW World Tag Team champions. He said he would not be at the event and he was never really officially booked because both sides could not agree on a price. When he appeared on the Online World of Wrestling podcast, he said he would have had an angle where he ran down the reunion concept, which would have led to JC Ice and The Gangstas coming out. Doring would have let the Gangstas beat down Ice and run away, which would lead to a storyline being started. He added that he helped come up with the angle but since there wasn’t a price he was never booked. He finally said they were still going to do the angle, just not with him, so he wanted everyone to know where the idea came from.

— Rhino will also not be at the event, but is scheduled for the June 30 show in Philadelphia. Some ECW talent not booked for this event will be at the June show. Wolfie D of PG-13 will not be there due to a personal issue.

— There is talk of adding another show in the Northeast for June 29.

— The event will start with a Fanfest at the Pennsylvania National Guard Armory, followed by a live event at 7 PM. The card includes Shane Douglas vs. Sabu, Axl Rotten vs. Balls Mahoney, Al Snow vs. CW Anderson, Raven vs. Pitbull Gary Wolfe, The BWO vs. The FBI, Sandman, The Gangstas and more.
