— To update on initial reports, the official diagnosis for Tyson Kidd is that he suffered a torn MCL in his right knee and is only expected to miss around six months. This is well below the first report that had him out of action anywhere from 10 months to a year. It really all depends on how he heals up as it could be anywhere from 6-10 months. A large amount of blood was drained from his knee on Tuesday.

TNA iMPACT! Wrestling: The 1/3 show drew a 1.14 (1.1) cable rating with 1.62 million viewers. It was the best number for the show since August 23, 2012. In demographics the show drew a 0.71 among males 18-34 and 0.91 among males 35-49.

WWE Main Event: The 1/2 show drew a 1.0 (1.0) broadcast rating with 1.65 million viewers, a new record for the show on ION Television.

WWE Monday Night Raw: The 12/31 show drew a 2.32 (2.3) cable rating with 3.55 million viewers. According to reports, 60.41 million homes were watching television between 8:00-11:00 p.m. on New Year’s Eve. This was up slightly from an estimated 53.79 million watching in the same time slot on Christmas Eve. The rating was up 13% from the prior week that fell on Christmas Eve. In demographics, the show drew a 1.9 among males 18-49 and 0.7 among women 18-49.
