MAIN CARD (Pay-per-view, 10 p.m. ET)

Champ Robbie Lawler vs. Carlos Condit – for welterweight title

Round 1: Lawler pressed early and kept Condit back peddling. Condit tagged Lawler and knocked him down. Lawler got right back to his feet with Condit right there landing strikes. Lawler was smiling right afterwards. Condit then tagged him with a leg hook and clinched for a moment. Condit mixed up his strikes and kicks very well. They exchanged to the bell.

Round 2: Condit increases the amount of leg kicks that he threw in this round as Lawler was seeking his chance to strike. Lawler caught him with a counter strike then a quick combo. Lawler tagged him, and Condit went to the ground. Lawler gets in guard and works him over with strikes. Condit was using elbows from the bottom. At 1:57, Lawler lets him up. Lawler threw for the fences to end the round.

Round 3: Lawler continued to pressure Condit and pushed him up against the fence. Lawler landed a solid elbow, but this woke up Condit, who put together a nice combo. Lawler landed a huge left hook at 1:09. Condit clinched with Lawler moments later. Lawler separated and ate some kicks.

Round 4: Condit mixes up his strikes that kept Lawler guessing and back peddling. That was the story of this round. Lawler was not as explosive in this round compared to the previous rounds. Condit tagged him with a right hook then poured it on with strikes up against the fence. Condit then landed a series of knees to the body of Lawler.

Round 5: Lawler comes out on fire and starts to chase Condit down. Lawler landed a good leg kick then some combos. Lawler caught him with a right hand that hurt Condit. Condit landed a good elbow then some nice combos. Lawler landed a good body kick then some combos. An unbelievable round. Lawler landed a big right hand that busted open the mouth of Condit. Lawler poured it on, and Condit covered up. Lawler with a knee then some head kicks. Condit is swinging back, and everyone in the MGM is standing. Both men are exhausted as the bell sounds.

Result: Robbie Lawler def. Carlos Condit (48-48, 47-48, 48-48) via split decision

Andrei Arlovski vs. Stipe Miocic

Round 1: Miocic caught him with a right hand then finished him on the ground, and this fight was over.

Result: Andrei Arlovski via TKO (punches) at 0:54 of Round 1

Lorenz Larkin vs. Albert Tumenov

Round 1: A slow start to this bout. Tumenov caught him with a head kick followed by a wild flurry. Larkin recovered by keeping space between his opponent.

Round 2: Larkin lets his hands go in this round, which is not what he did in the previous round. Tumenov landed a good straight right hand. Larkin also landed a good leg kick. Tumenov worked him over with body strikes as the round moved on. Larkin’s leg kicks have slowed Tumenov down. Tumenov poured it on late in the round and Larkin was ducking and moving.

Round 3: Larkin continues to work over the legs of Tumenov with kicks, which has slowed Tumenov down dramatically. Larkin mixed it up with some spinning kicks. Tumenov is completely off his game at this point due to the leg kicks.

Result: Albert Tumenov def. Lorenz Larkin via split decision (29-28, 28-29, 29-28)

Diego Brandao vs. Brian Ortega

Round 1: Brandao caught him with a good strike that set up a double leg takedown. Ortega went for a triangle choke, but quickly let it go and Brandao stood up. Ortega landed a 1-2 combo. Brandao clinches and puts him on the fence that led to him getting guard. Brandao worked him over with elbows from the top. Mid-way through the round, Ortega got to his feet, and they exchanged to the bell.

Round 2: Brandao mixes up his strikes well early on, but slowed down compared to the first-round. This led to Ortega throwing more strikes and was landing. Brandao covered up and just stood there as Ortega landed at will. As the round came to a close, Brandao turned it up and looked more like he did in the first-round. Brandao’s counters are also landed quite nice.

Round 3: Brandao comes out on fire. Ortega shot in on a takedown, but Brandao stuffed it and got into top position in guard. Brandao then stood up and took him down with a single leg. Ortega scrambled off his back, and they exchanged. Ortega dropped down with a guillotine choke, but Brandao got out. Ortega switched to a triangle choke and won the fight.

Result: Brian Ortega def. Diego Brandao via submission (triangle choke) – Round 3, 1:37

Tony Sims vs. Abel Trujillo

Round 1: Both men have a slow start. The round was focused on the stand-up game and Trujillo got the better of Sims. This led to Sims getting a double leg takedown into half guard, but Trujillo went for a guillotine choke and won the fight.

Result: Abel Trujillo def. Tony Sims via submission (guillotine choke) at 3:18 of R1

PRELIMINARY CARD (FOX Sports 1, 8 p.m. ET)

Masanori Kanehara vs. Michael McDonald

Round 1: McDonald landed a huge right hand to begin the round. Kanehara went for a single leg and got it. McDonald went for a guillotine choke, but let it go quickly. Kanehara worked him over with elbows from top position.

Round 2: Kanehara took him down with a double leg to begin the round and transitioned into side control. McDonald would then reverse and transition to the back of Kanehara and got the rear-naked choke.

Result: Michael McDonald def. Masanori Kanehara via submission (rear-naked choke) at 2:09 of R2

Alex Morono vs. Kyle Noke

Round 1: Noke comes out throwing a lot of kicks to the body. Noke pushed forward with strikes. Morono landed a spinning head kick. Noke tagged him with a right hook. Noke tagged him again with a left and right. Morono countered with a right hook.

Round 2: Noke is bleeding from his nose. Morono opened up with some jabs directly to his nose. Morono landed a spinning back kick. Morono pressed forward and ducked a head kick, which led to him landing some huge strikes to Noke. Morono took him down, but Noke reversed and got on top to end the round.

Round 3: Noke works over the legs of Morono. Noke was trying to work elbows into his stand-up game but did not work well for him. With under a minute remaining, Noke took him down, but Morono went for an armbar, but could not get it. Noke ended the round on top.

Result: Alex Morono def. Kyle Noke via split decision (29-28, 27-30, 29-28)

Nina Ansaroff vs. Justine Kish

Round 1: Both girls come out throwing bombs. Kish got the better of the two. Ansaroff was poked in the eye, but the fight continued. Kish continued to press forward and landed a spinning back elbow. Kish started to land knees to the body and head. Ansaroff is fighting back and has her moments, but Kish was on another level in this round. Kish started to land some hard leg kicks that were hurting Ansaroff.

Round 2: Kish went for an early round takedown, but could not get it. Kish was really throwing leg kicks, almost as a baseball bat at the surgically repaired knee of Ansaroff. Ansaroff hurt Kish with a left hook then a head kick. Ansaroff clinches and looked for a takedown, but could not get it. Moments later, Kish got a judo throw takedown into side control.

Round 3: Ansaroff went for a takedown early in the round, but was stuffed. Moments later, she got it. Kish went for a choke, but let it go quickly off her back. Ansaroff works her over with strikes, but Kish ended up standing up mid-way through the round. Kish clinched and landed some big elbows while in the clinch. Kish got a double leg takedown at 1:24 and had the back of Ansaroff for a moment. Ansaroff transitioned into half guard to end the round.

Result: Justine Kish def. Nina Ansaroff via unanimous decision (29-28, 30-27, 30-27)

Drew Dober vs. Scott Holtzman

Round 1: Holtzman worked him over with jabs to set up the clinch up against the fence. Holtzman took him down, but it did not stay there and Dober got to his feet. Dober separated and went back to his boxing. Holtzman went for a kick, but was caught and Dober took him down with a throw into guard. Holtzman got back to his feet and the round ended.

Round 2: Holtzman took Dober down mid-way through the round and after the two did nothing for the first two minutes. Holtzman worked him over with strikes from the top while Dober was landing elbows from the bottom. With 1:15 remaining, Dober got to his feet. Holtzman stayed on him in the clinch while bleeding from his left temple. They exchange in the pocket until Dober went for a takedown, but Holtzman landed on top and in half guard.

Round 3: Dober took Holtzman down to begin the round, but Holtzman got right back to his feet. Holtzman landed a spinning elbow to the body of Dolber shortly after. Dober took him down at 3:30 and got in half guard. The two were stood up and were both a bloody mess. They exchanged in a wildly brawl. Dober took him down and got his back very late in the round.

Result: Drew Dober def. Scott Holtzman via unanimous decision (29-28, 29-28, 29-28)

PRELIMINARY CARD (UFC Fight Pass, 6:30 p.m. ET)

Joseph Duffy vs. Dustin Poirier

Round 1: Poirier opened up with some big punches while in the clinch that set the pace of the fight. Duffy was back peddling while firing. Duffy caught him with a straight left then poured it on. Poirier stayed strong and started landing strikes. Poirier is a monster when the two get close and just fires way strikes. Duffy landed two back-to-back straight rights. Poirier took him down and pressed him against the fence while in half guard. Duffy stood up moments later, but Poirier was landing and busted open the nose of Duffy. With 30-seconds left, Duffy got off the cage.

Round 2: Duffy’s face is a mess. Poirier clinched with him up against the fence at 4:22 and took him down about 40-seconds later. Duffy’s nose is just bleeding blood at this point. Poirier moves into guard and works him over with elbows for the rest of the round. Domination by Poirier.

Round 3: Duffy’s left eye is almost swelled shut. Duffy opened the round with a series of kicks. Poirier took him down early in the round and landed in guard. Duffy went for a heel hook, but Poirier got out and went back to guard at 2:05. This led to Poirier landing some big elbows from the top. Poirier work Duffy over with more ground and pound. Duffy got up to his feet but was quickly taken down by Poirier late in the round. Duffy went for a triangle choke, but it was little to late.

Result: Dustin Poirier def. Joseph Duffy via unanimous decision (30-26, 30-27, 30-27)

Joe Soto vs. Michinori Tanaka

Round 1: Soto working the leg kicks while Tanaka is landing some snapping counters. Soto shot for a single leg, but Tanaka stuffed, and Soto stood up. Tanaka was using a wide stance and was moving a lot. Tanaka took Soto down at 1:21 and landed in guard. Soto went for neck submission while he landed some elbows. Tanaka got out with just seconds remaining in the round and got to his feet.

Round 2: Tanaka comes out in a fiery pace and lands some good combos. Tanaka’s hand speed unreal. Soto began to duck in on his strikes, but just ate Tanaka’s strikes. Tanaka reversed a throw takedown and got his own at 2:49. Tanaka was in guard and landed some strikes. Soto went for a guillotine choke moments later, but could not finish it. Tanaka works through it and then begins to pour on strikes.

Round 3: Soto landed some good jabs to begin the round, but Tanaka took him down. Soto attempted a guillotine choke once again at 2:30. Tanaka got out seconds later and stood to his feet. Tanaka was bleeding from his mouth late in this round. Soto poured it on, and we went the distance.

Result: Michinori Tanaka def. Joe Soto via split decision (29-28, 28-29, 29-28)

Edgar Garcia vs. Sheldon Westcott

Round 1: Garcia lands some big shots early. Westcott shoots in and gets a takedown at 4:14. Westcott transitions into half guard then into back mount, and he pours on the strikes, and the fight was stopped.

Result: Sheldon Westcott def. Edgar Garcia via TKO (punches) – Round 1, 3:12
