Update: Destination America Now Listing TNA Impact Wrestling Beyond September, News on TNA’s TV Taping Future

Destination America previously had TNA Impact Wrestling listed up until September 30th, but the site has now added October 7th, and stated it will be a new episode. This will be the fist post-Bound for Glory episode of Impact Wrestling.

Despite the October 7th show being a new episode, TNA has no TV tapings scheduled between now and then, but that could soon change as the broadcast will have to be comprised of either matches taped prior, or during the 5 live events TNA has scheduled between now and Bound for Glory. The last set of TNA TV tapings took place in July.

Latest reports are also noting TNA has been negotiating overseas, and could potentially be holding TV tapings sometime in November in India. No word on whether or not those possible tapings will be for Destination America, or so that TNA can honor its international deals.

Dave Meltzer of the (wrestling news observer) W.N.O first reported in May that Destination America had canceled TNA effective the end of September. It was noted that the main issue has been the cost of programming and advertising rates. TNA officials denied the report, although the last set of Impact tapings ran through the end of September and there is nothing on the schedule for the rest of the year.
