According to NODQ, WWE’s plan was for the loser of Samoa Joe vs. Shinsuke Nakamura at NXT Takeover: Brooklyn II to be promoted to the main roster. Based upon NXT’s upcoming dates, it could be a little longer before WWE calls Samoa Joe up to the main roster, though, as NXT has booked a rematch between Joe and Nakamura at the last set of its tapings. As of right now, it is unknown which brand Samoa Joe will make his debut on. However, considering Smackdown’s lack of talent depth, one would assume that he will be put on the B brand.
