This is not Latimer's first run-in with the law. He was arrested on January 29, 2011 in Hillsbourgh, Florida, on charges of driving under the influence.

Latimer, who is 26-years-old and hails from Chesterfield, Derbyshire, England, joined WWE two years ago. He has been tag teaming with Conor O'Brian as of late, with the duo known as The Ascension.

-- As previously noted here on the webite, Vince McMahon reportedly keeps himself low-key at RAW events, only meeting with producers and other officials; talent generally only encounters him on the way to the curtain. McMahon is also not at about half the SmackDown tapings, as he feels Triple H should be gaining experience running shows. It is said that when HHH is in charge, things are more chaotic because no one is in Vince's position of putting their foot down and making a decision.
