— Tonight’s WWE RAW Supershow will take place from the CONSOL Energy Center in Pittsburgh, PA. Confirmed for tonight’s show is an appearance by John Cena plus an angle between Big Show as John Laurinaitis has demanded he apologize for last week. Laurinaitis will also be featured with his John Cena feud as they prepare for their Over the Limit match. Triple H will also be appearing live tonight to address the Brock Lesnar attack. WWE is teasing an altercation between Triple H and Paul Heyman. WWE is not advertising Lesnar for tonight’s show so he likely will not be appearing live. Advertised locally is an “Anything Goes Match” with CM Punk vs. Chris Jericho and six-man action with Randy Orton, John Cena and Sheamus vs. Lord Tensai, Kane and Daniel Bryan. SmackDown stars advertised for tonight include Christian, Randy Orton, Sheamus, Daniel Bryan, Kane, Cody Rhodes and Alberto Del Rio.

— As noted over the weekend, there’s speculation that Matt Morgan may return to WWE now that his contracted dates with TNA have reportedly ran out. Morgan’s contract doesn’t expire until October but word is that he becomes a free agent if TNA uses up all his dates. Morgan said in a recent interview that he’s loyal to TNA but WWE has expressed interest in bringing him back and there could be circumstances that lead him back.

— A press release was issued recently touting UFC star Tito Ortiz going into the California Chapter of the National Wrestling Hall of Fame on May 20th. Talking about Tito’s popularity, they claimed that he has sold out more pay-per-views than any UFC fighter in history and has drawn a higher buy-rate than WWE’s WrestleMania XIX, calling it the most popular WrestleMania of all-time. The press release also talks about Tito’s future as he gets ready to leave UFC and it teases that he may return to professional wrestling with WWE. We noted weeks back that Tito expressed interest in working for WWE while doing UFC media interviews.
