— 30 year old independent wrestler Adam W Gooch, who works for the Illinois independent promotion “Strictly Nsane Pro Wrestling”, allegedly struck a fan in the back of the head, busting him open and attempted to flee the scene but was chased down and brought back by local officers. — The CBS show Elementary debuts tonight at 10PM ET and it will feature footage from Ring of Honor. Producers requested a specific ROH clip several months back for the episode, which follows a modern day take on Sherlock Holmes and Dr. Watson.
— The November 11th DGUSA event will take place in Deer Park, Long Island at the NYWC Sportatorium. A site survey of the potential new Manhattan location did not pan out for the promotion. At this time, the company hopes to find a new venue in New York City as they feel that one of the biggest issues for the company is not having one “base venue” to run regularly and build a crowd with.
