— Following victory in the G1 Climax tournament over the weekend, NJPW announced that Kazuchika Okada will wait until the Tokyo Dome show to challenge for New Japan’s top title. The match is set for New Japan Pro Wrestling’s annual Tokyo Dome Show on January 4, 2013.

— Impact Zone Wrestling (not TNA) says that they have signed a “landmark TV deal” with Go Fight Live to broadcast their TV product on cable television. The claim is that the deal would reach “over 7 million cable subscribers on a monthly basis” and would begin in Fall 2012 on a channel that “focuses on” pro sports teams from the NFL, MLB, NBA, and NHL.

— Following tonight’s WWE Monday Night RAW in Dallas, Chris Jericho will attend an album release party for Fozzy’s new “Sin and Bones” record. The event is scheduled for 11PM local time at Good Records in Dallas. Jericho will sign copies of the new CD and free posters will be given away to event attendees. The rest of the RAW roster will be headed to Los Angeles for SummerSlam festivities unless they’re booked for the WWE SmackDown tapings tomorrow.
