– WWE is in the middle of budget cuts and WWE Hall of Famer Ricky Steamboat was let go from the company due to the cuts. Steamboat has been working as a coach down in WWE developmental (NXT) for the past couple of years. He was recently working at the WWE offices in Talent Relations under Triple H.
Steamboat is already scheduled to appear at several conventions and non-WWE interview DVD’s in the coming months.
