WWE and First Book sent out a press release announcing the launch of the 2015 WrestleMania Reading Challenge. It offers students aged 4-18 a chance to win a trip to WrestleMania 31 (Sunday, March 29) at the Levi’s Stadium in Santa Clara, California. Between today and February 22, kids can register here. Through WWE’s partnership with First Book’s digital reading program We Give Books, children between 4-12 can select a WWE Superstar Reading Buddy and read digital books. Teens 13-18 can select a WWE superstar Pen Pal, read a book and write an essay.

WWE will provide money to First Book to support literacy and provide access to books for children in the US. WWE will host reading celebrations, visit children at local schools and libraries and talk about how important reading is. WWE will also use TV, the Network, live events, digital and social media to promote literacy.

First Book President and CEO Kyle Zimmer said: “The WrestleMania Reading Challenge celebrates the power and strength of being a reader. First Book is thrilled to partner with WWE and bring more books to children in need across the country.”

Stephanie McMahon added: “WWE is proud to partner with First Book and continue our long-standing commitment to education and literacy initiatives through the WrestleMania Reading Challenge. Together, we are providing a fun and engaging experience to encourage children of all ages to read.”
