Two months ago, there were rumors that had surfaced that WWE had no current plans for their UK division, until the U.K. Championship Special aired on the WWE Network. On today’s installment of the Wrestling Observer Radio, Dave Meltzer spoke on the topic & indicated that WWE has no immediate plans for the division.
As most of you are aware, most of the UK stars such as: Tyler Bate, Wolfgang, Pete Dunne & Trent Seven to name a few; have been working indie events for quite some time now, even after working a few shows on WWE TV. The word is that no-one has been informed of the plans for the division and the original idea was to have a weekly show, but that idea has been sidelined & no dates have been set for the show.
