As noted late last night here on eWrestlingNews.com, the announcement of Brock Lesnar’s WWE SummerSlam opponent was not announced at the live SmackDown tapings, and thus will likely be edited in. It was said on RAW that Lesnar’s opponent would be revealed on SmackDown this week. They did not announce Brock Lesnar’s SummerSlam opponent so a segment will likely be taped and edited into the broadcast as they try to keep things a secret (for ratings) going into Thursday night’s broadcast. There are rumors that he may be facing the returning Randy Orton.
Sports anchor Brandon Arroyo attended Tuesday night’s WWE SmackDown TV tapings in Toledo, OH and noted via Twitter that Enzo Amore took a “horrible fall” during his match while doing a suicide dive. Arroyo tweeted:
