26-year-old bodybuilder and boyfriend of WWE Superstar Dana Brooke, Dallas “Big Country” McCarver was found dead in his home last night (Mon. August 21, 2017) after reportedly choking on his dinner.
Per a report from TMZ Sports, Brooke disclosed that her boyfriend was found unconscious at his home yesterday evening by a friend shortly after their phone conversation. Brooke said that McCarver was about to make his dinner, and his last words to her before he hung up the phone were “I love you. Goodbye.” Brooke also claimed that there were no signs of foul play, McCarver did not show any signs of intending to harm himself, and that it appears as though his cause of death was from choking on his food.
McCarver had previously collapsed onstage at the 2017 Arnold Classic Australia in March, however, he has been doing much better as of late. Brooke posted the following picture of herself and McCarver last night:
