Mike Halac, best known for performing as Mantaur in WWE and Bruiser Mastino in ECW, has passed away.
Halac’s daughter announced today that her dad passed away in his sleep at the age of 55.
Halac worked for WWE from 1994-1995 as Mantaur, where he was managed for a short time by Jim Cornette while putting over babyfaces such as Bret Hart and others.
He went to ECW in 1995 for a short run before his stint in WWE as Goldust’s bodyguard in 1996.
Our thoughts are with Halac’s family during this difficult time.
