TNA No Surrender Results (9/9) - The Aces & Eights, More!

chant his name. His music plays again, but instead of Hardy, Hulk Hogan makes his way out to the ringside area instead.

Hogan makes his way into the ring and he grabs the mic. He says it looks like we’ve got a little problem. It comes down to Hulk and Bully having a little problem. He says forget about what you saw on the chalkboard in the back. He says if Bully does feel like he does about Aces and Eights, he found Hardy on the floor, and that turns into the problem they’ve got. There’s no Hardy out here. Ray says this stuff needs to stop and he agrees with Hogan. The best call he could have made was to call the cops. This tournament means the world to Bully. He knows Jeff wants to become the champ as much as he does, but if Jeff can’t answer the bell, what are they going to do.

Hogan says he didn’t dream the BFG series would end up with the ball in Bully’s court, but he’s the GM, so the ball is in Hogan’s court. So if Bully really feels like that, he wont let the ref ring the bell. He’ll give Hogan the courtesy of four more days, and he’ll let Hardy have a shot when he can really defend himself. Ray says hold on, but then offers the mic back to Hogan. Hogan says this is going to go down as Ray’s legacy. He’s going to be known as a good or bad man. He’s interrupted by Hardy’s music, and Jeff makes his way out to the ring with his shoulder taped up heavily.

Hogan shakes Hardy’s hand on his way into the ring. Hardy slowly makes his way around the ring, shaking hands with the fans before the match.

- The bell rings and Earl Hebner checks on Hardy before the match begins. Ray doesn’t look too happy about Hardy being out in the ring. Ray sticks out his fist for a fist bump, and Hardy obliges. Both men begin circling. Hardy chases Bully into the corner and hits him with a couple of clubbing rights, but Ray squeezes Hardy’s arm to fight him off. Ray calls for a test of strength, but Hardy hits him with a big right hand instead. Ray continues to work over the arm, wrenching it hard after punching it, and sending Hardy from the ring.

Hardy slowly heads back into the ring, where he’s caught by Bully, who punches and kicks at Hardy’s arm and shoulder. Hardy again bails to the floor. Hardy makes his way back into the ring and runs right into a big boot from Bully. Ray hits Hardy with a clubbing blow across the back before driving his arm down into the canvas. Ray splashes Hardy’s bad arm, but it’s not enough to keep Hardy down for three. Ray clamps on an arm bar, and he slaps away at Hardy’s shoulder.

Hardy makes it to the ropes and Ray breaks the hold. Hardy rolls out to the apron, but quickly rolls back into the ring, using the ropes to pull himself to his feel. Ray catches him and repeatedly punches away at Hardy’s shoulder. Ray rips away at the tape binding Hardy’s shoulder, and he uses it to wrap around Hardy’s neck. Ray drops a big elbow and rips off Hardy’s shirt. Ray slaps Jeff’s chest hard with an overhand chop. Ray picks Hardy up to his feet and slams him down to the mat hard, but he misses a follow up slam.

Hardy scores with a couple of rights, and a big kick, then he hits a twist of fate. Hardy heads up to the top rope and he tries for the twist of fate. He connects, but Ray is able to kick out at two.

Hardy tries for another twist of fate, but he’s shoved into the corner and hit with the bubba bomb for another two count. Ray picks Hardy up to his feet and sends him into the corner, but he runs into big boots and a whisper in the wind from Hardy that’s good for another two count. Hardy heads to the top for another whisper in the wind, but Ray is able to move out of the way. Ray hits the Bubba cutter and he goes for the pin, but Hardy is still able to kick out at two. Ray picks Hardy up to his feet, but he’s hit with another twist of fate out of nowhere. Hardy heads back up to the top rope and he goes for another swanton, but this time Ray is able to move out of the way. Ray waits and he hits another Bubba cutter that’s good for another two count.

Bully hits Hardy with another couple of big right hands. He follows up with a big elbow to the back of Hardy’s head before whipping him across the ring. Ray misses a splash, and Hardy hits two consecutive twist of fates. Hardy goes back up to the top, but this time he’s stopped by Bully as he takes way too much time. Ray hits Hardy with a big chop to the chest, but Hardy begins to fight him off. He shoves Ray from the second rope to the mat, then connects with the swanton. Hardy makes the pin and he gets the three count.
