A suited up Joseph Park makes his way out to the ring to say something. The music dies down and Park says he's here to discuss a couple of issues. Park gets right to the point and brings up The Aces & Eights, Bully Ray in particular. Park says he's sick of their antics and it stops right now. Park says the word that comes to mind when it comes to them is "justice" and tonight justice will be served when Jeff Hardy brings the World Title back to TNA. Park pulls out a document and says it's an annulment to end the marriage between Bully Ray and Brooke Hogan.

TV Champion Devon comes out to interrupt. Devon grabs the annulment papers and rips them up before taking the mic. Devon says if Park has a problem with Bully then he has a problem with him. Devon says Park should go back to whatever rock he crawled out from and to stay out of family business. Devon calls Park a "miserable jackass" and tells him he's been warned. Devon drops the mic and motions to leave, but attacks Park from behind with a chain as he's picking up the papers. The Aces & Eights theme hits as Devon exits the ring.

Match #2: Taryn Terrell Vs. Gail Kim [ODB: Special Guest Knockouts Ref]

Terrell goes right on the offense with a suplex and a monkey flip out of the corner. Kim side steps a spear attempt and trips Terrell up when she tries a second-rope move. Kim throws Terrell face-first into the top turnbuckle then strikes her down to the mat. ODB forces her off and they jaw for a minute, giving Terrell the chance to regroup. Her comeback, however, is halted by a back elbow that sends her flying to the mat. Kim picks Terrell up in a Fireman's Carry position and drops her face-first on the mat.

Kim stands on the back of Terrell, choking her on the middle rope. ODB counts her off and Kim once again gets in her face. Terrell reverses a corner Irish whip but Kim floats over and rolls her up for the 1...2...ODB stops counting as Kim is holding the trunks. Kim protests and Terrell rolls her up for the 1...2...3!

Winner [via Pinfall]: Taryn Terrell (2:28)

POST-MATCH: Gail Kim argues with ODB about the finish. ODB chases her to the back, leaving Terrell to celebrate. Christy Hemme stops her on the ramp for a post-match interview and asks how she feels winning the match.
