The show begins with Dixie Carter in the ring and the TNA roster gathered together on the outside. Carter reminds everyone of the time she was put through a table in New York. She says it hit her at that moment that she allowed things to go south. She says she let everyone down and apologizes. She claims to now be a new chapter in TNA. EC3 interrupts and he has a microphone. He stops at the ramp and asks Dixie who will run Impact. She introduces “The Law,” and it’s Bully Ray.

He heads down and shakes the hands of wrestlers and fans. Ray recalls getting a phone conversation with Dixie where she apologized. Ray says Dixie’s apology sounds legit. He expresses his joy returning in front of wrestling fans. He asks the roster to stand on the apron. Ray puts emphasis on every TNA member, including the production team that, “gives a damn about this company.” He asks the fans if they want him to return and help run the company. The fans are overwhelmingly behind him. Ray accepts the position and turns his attention to EC3. He says the champion will defend his title tonight against the winner of a 20-man battle royal that starts now.

He claims he can go to that dark place. He says if he does go there, it’s going to be ugly. He ends the interview by saying he doesn’t know.
