WWE Main Event (Airing Wednesday Night):

The WWE broadcast team of JBL and Josh Mathews were introduced for the Main Event television taping, which is set to begin momentarily ...

Wade Barrett defeated R-Truth

Barrett and Truth are up first for Main Event. The crowd is pretty hot, as they eventually got into this match, especially when Truth was firing up on offense. Truth hit an axe kick and powerbomb out of the corner on Barrett. He tried to dive through the ropes but Barrett hit the Bullhammer Elbow and picked up the pinfall victory.

The Usos defeated The Prime Time Players

The Usos were in control of the offense of the match for pretty much the duration of the bout. Once Titus O'Neil tagged in, the Prime Time Players mounted a bit of offense, but it was short-lived as The Usos ultimately pinned O'Neil to pick up the victory.

Mark Henry defeated Drew McIntyre

The World's Strongest Man picked up the pinfall in what amounted to basically a squash match victory over the 3MB member.

WWE RAW (Airing Tonight):

The show kicks off with an in-ring segment featuring the number one contender to the WWE Championship at SummerSlam, Daniel Bryan. Vince McMahon and Brad Maddox were also part of the segment, as the three discussed his impressive performances against Jack Swagger, Antonio Cesaro and Ryback on RAW the previous week. They also talk about Bryan's match later on in the show against his former tag-team partner Kane.

Dolph Ziggler defeated Big E. Langston via Disqualification. The finish came when AJ Lee attacked Ziggler, costing Langston the match.

Christian defeated current World Heavyweight Champion Alberto Del Rio. The match was not for the title, so Del Rio remains the World Heavyweight Champion.

Cody Rhodes defeated Wade Barrett in singles action. After the conclusion of the match, Rhodes' former tag-team partner and the current holder of the World Heavyweight Championship Money In The Bank briefcase, Damien Sandow, cut a promo.

Daniel Bryan defeated Kane via Pinfall. After the match, Kane chokeslammed his former tag-team partner. This led to The Wyatt Family coming out and once again attacking "The Big Red Machine." Bray Wyatt then cut another one of his wild promos.

Curtis Axel defeated R-Truth in a non-title match. Before the match, Axel's manager Paul Heyman cut a promo putting over Axel's talent and abilities, etc. After the match, CM Punk made a run-in to an enormous pop from the fans in Laredo. Punk viciously attacked Axel to garner some amount of revenge for the attack he suffered at the hands of Heyman's other client, Brock Lesnar, at RAW two weeks ago. Punk then had words for Heyman, who ran off to the back in fear.

We shoot backstage to a segment featuring Vince McMahon, Triple H and Brad Maddox. Vince McMahon mentions how he wants a Superstar who is like Triple H to face John Cena for the WWE Championship at the upcoming SummerSlam pay-per-view.
