Welcome to Impact! And we kick things off with the investor, MVP. He comes down to the ring and says that Dixie Carter’s BS stops now. He says that at Lockdown the main event will be Samoa Joe taking on the world champion, Magnus. He brings out the “Samoan Submission machine”, Samoa Joe. Then he brings out he champion Magnus. MPV asks Magnus where was his Boys? Magnus grabs a microphone and says the reason Dixie is not here because of the people in London. He says that they are a bunch of criminals and says since he has left the city, it has gone straight to hell. He says that the only person managing his career is he. MVP says they are here for the contract signing for Lockdown PPV. MPV says that since the way Magnus has defended his title in the past, that there will be no Magnus rules, but however Joe rules will be. The match can only be won via Submission or knock out. MVP says that they will find out who the real champion is, Joe signs and then Magnus throws the title down. He says that is the way they are going to play it? Well he has a whole deck he has not played yet. He says that Joe is a dangerous animal that is the reason the fans like to chant “Joe’s Gonna Kill You” however he says that what they do to Animals is put them down. He says that he is better than Joe and at Lockdown Joe will never be champion. He signs it and Joe attacks him. The referee breaks it up and Joe runs after Magnus on the ramp way, finally the brawl is broken up.
