Welcome To WWE NXT Takeover: Unstoppable, we are shown highlights of fans talking about NXT and why it’s so special. This leads into a video package hyping our matches for tonight’s show. Tyler Breeze gets a special entrance with women taking selfies. Finn Balor does his amazing entrances as usual.
#1 contender’s match: Finn Balor vs. Tyler Breeze
They lock up, Breeze off the ropes and Balor nailed him with a drop kick. Balor sent him into the corner, Balor with a chop to the chest of Breeze. Balor to the apron, but Breeze caught him with a springboard dropkick sending him to the floor. Back in the ring, Breeze put the boots to him. Breeze with a sweeping neck breaker for a near fall. Breeze with a snap mare and then a knee drop for 2. Balor fought out of a headlock and caught him with a dropkick. Balor out of the corner with a clothesline, he shot off the ropes and nailed a dropkick. Breeze to the floor, Balor with a double foot stomp to the back of Breeze. Back in the ring, Balor went to the top rope, but Breeze rolled out of the way. Balor dropped down, landed a chop to the chest of Breeze.
Balor with a kick to the face of Breeze for 2. Balor went for a suplex but blocked and Breeze landed a forearm shot. Balor with a sling blade neck breaker. Balor ran into a superkick by Breeze for 2.
Breeze took the top turnbuckle off, he put the boots to Balor in the corner. Breeze missed the beauty shot, Balor missed a double foot stomp. Balor rolled him up for 2. Breeze sent him into the exposed turnbuckle and then hit the beauty shot for a near fall! Balor rolled out the floor as Breeze threw a fit in the ring. Balor attacked Breeze at the ramp way. Balor went to the top of the titantron., he jumped off and took him out with a dive as the crowd chanted, “please don’t die.” Balor threw him back into the ring, Balor hit a double dropkick then the double foot stomp for the win.
Winner: Balor.

Tag Team match: Charlotte and Bayley vs. Dana Brooke and Emma
Bayley and Brooke start things off, Bayley lifted up Brooke tagged in Charlotte and they hit a double team toss. Charlotte tagged in Bayley as she punched Brooke in the gut. Brooke tagged in Emma. Bayley pushed Emma down, Emma rolled to the floor and then used Brooke as a shield. Bayley with a drop kick through the ring post taking out Emma and Brooke. Back in the ring, Emma pulled Bayley off the middle rope and Bayley crashed hard. Emma locked in a headlock on Bayley, she nailed her with knees and strikes to wear her down.
Moments later, Bayley fights back and got the hot tag to Charlotte. She comes in and clears house on Brooke. Charlotte with a neck breaker, then a big boot and the fans are behind Charlotte. This leads to Charlotte send Emma to the floor, Brooke from behind attacking her. Charlotte reversed a double suplex and instead hit a double DDT. Charlotte with a pin attempt on Emma, but only got 2.
Emma with a back elbow, then a boot and went to the top rope. Emma with a crossbody, but Charlotte rolled through. Charlotte with the figure eight, Brooke was taken out by Bayley with her finisher. Charlotte with Natural Selection to Emma for the win.
Winners: Charlotte and Bayley
Singles match: Baron Corbin vs. Rhyno
They start brawling, Rhyno went to the top rope, but Corbin knocked him down to the floor. Corbin with right hands as the fans chant, “Corbin sucks.” Back in the ring, Corbin missed a splash. They exchanged right hands, but Corbin continued to fire back and land some kicks to the “man beast” known as Rhyno. However, Rhyno fights back with right hands as he makes his comeback. Rhyno with a series of clotheslines, he hit a spear then a spine buster for 2.
Rhyno sets up for the gore, but Corbin counters with a clothesline. Corbin with the End of Days for the win.
Winner: Baron Corbin
Kevin Owens cut a backstage promo about his week that he’s had. Having three title defenses last week, then dropping John Cena on RAW. He said tonight will be the icing on his cake. He promises that tonight will be the last time anyone ever sees Sami Zayn.
NXT Tag Team title match: Blake and Murphy © vs. Big Cass and Enzo Amore.
Blake and Murphy double team Enzo Amore in the early part of the match. Enzo fights back, he tags in Big Cass and Cass clears house on Murphy. He kicked Murphy out of the ring then hit a powerslam to Balke followed by an elbow drop for 2. Blake and Murphy double team Cass, but he shots off the rope with a clothesline and a side slam. Cass tagged in Enzo, he put him on the top rope, Alexis Bliss ran down to attack Carmella. Murphy took out Cass with a superkick. Bliss knocked Enzo off the top rope and Blake pinned Enzo.
Winner and STILL Champs: Blake and Murphy
NXT Women’s Title match: Sasha Banks © vs. Becky Lynch.
Back and forth early, Lynch drop kicked her to the apron, but when she landed, she caught Lynch’s boot and threw her to the floor hard. Back in the ring, Banks beatdown Lynch in the corner and landed a knee drop to the arm of Lynch. Banks with an armbar, but Lynch fought out with a power slam.
Banks threw her into the corner and landed a series of dropkicks for a near fall. Lynch reversed an Irish whip and sent her to the floor. Lynch sent Banks into the ring post and then into the ring.
The fans are fully invested into this match. Lynch with a belly to belly then a knee drop on the left arm of Banks. Lynch with an arm bar, she broke it and then hit a German suplex for a near fall. Banks with a knee to the gut of Lynch, but when she went for a suplex, it was blocked and Lynch locked in the armbar.
Banks got to the ropes and broke the hold. Banks tossed Lynch to the floor to give herself some time to recover. Banks off the ropes and hit a dive through the ropes taking out Lynch, but Lynch caught her and threw her into the ring steps back first.
Back in the ring, Lynch went to the top rope, but Banks ran up and hit a arm breaker to Lynch. Banks with the Bank Statement for the win.

Kevin Owens is not wearing his traditional t-shirt, but rather John Cena’s during his entrance.
NXT Title match: Kevin Owens © vs. Sami Zayn
They go to lock up, but Owens stepped out of the ring and to the floor to get “focused” on this match. The fans chant John Cena sucks, Zayn went after the champion and started throwing haymakers on Owens. Zayn with a big clothesline, Owens with a kick to the gut of Zayn, he went for a powerbomb, but Zayn blocked and hit a back body drop. Zayn tossed Owens back into the ring. Owens with a chop to the back of Zayn, but Zayn dragged Owens to the floor and hard into the steel steps.
Zayn sent Owens into the crowd, they start brawling there. Owens with a kick to the gut, he went for a powerbomb, but Zayn held on to the railing and sent Owens over the barricade inside ringside. Back in the ring, Zayn with Blue Thunder bomb for a near fall. Zayn went for a German suplex, but Owens blocked and landed some back elbows.
Zayn blocked one and hit a German suplex for 2. Zayn with a chop to the chest of Owens. Zayn went for a DDT but blocked and Owens hit a back breaker. Owens went for the cannonball in the corner, but Zayn moved. Zayn with a T-Bone suplex in the corner. Zayn missed the big boot as Owens rolled out of the ring. Zayn then hit a T-Bone suplex to Owens on the floor. Zayn went for the big boot, but Owens caught it, reversed it and hit a powerbomb on the apron.
Owens tried to continue the beating as WWE officials tried to keep him off of Zayn. Owens tossed Zayn into the ring, William Regal walked down and told him to stop the attack. Owens with a headbutt to Regal sending him to the floor.
Owens grabbed the title and a steel chair, Samoa JOE walked down to the ring. “Joe is gonna kill you” was chanted by the crowd. Joe and Owens faced off, Owens backed off and walked up the stage.
The show ends with Samoa Joe standing tall in the ring with Kevin Owens at the ramp way. Joe and Owens stare off to close the show.
