During his time away from the ring, WWE superstar Batista will be filming a new movie with boxing champion Manny Pacquiao titled "Wapakman," according to ManilaStandardToday.com. The movie is said to be a "martial arts comedy" similar to the film Kung Fu Hustle. Pacquiao will play the role of the hero and Batista, the villain. Nicole Szcheringer, lead singer of the Pussycat Dolls, will also be part of the cast. The three stars all share Phillapino heritage. Batista accompanied Pacquiao into the ring for his May 2nd showdown against Britain’s Ricky Hatton.

As reported earlier, this week's WWE Raw drew a 3.9 cable rating, down 14% from the last week's 4.5 (Trump's commercial-free show). Monday's Raw averaged 5.96 million viewers for the 2-hour broadcast. Despite the drop from last week, this week's show is still 7.4% better than the 5-week average and 12.3% better than the 10 week average.

Yesterday was Raw Diva Alicia Fox's birthday. She turned 23 years old. She has been under contract to World Wrestling Entertainment for over three years as they signed her when she was only 19.

Jerry Lawler has signed on to be the permanent cover artist for the "Headlocked" wrestling comic.
