-- Edge is currently battling several nagging injuries, reports ProWrestling.net. He’s had problems with knee issues in the past and they may have flared up again. The severity of his current ailments are unknown. Edge has been working some house shows recently so whatever injuries he is battling aren’t bad enough to keep him on the road. That being said, he’s only been working tag matches at those house shows in order to keep his work load in the ring light.
-- To follow up on several reports last week regarding a possible Umaga injury coming out of the SmackDown taping, there was no buzz about his injury backstage after the tapings. He also worked the house shows over the weekend, so this was likely just a storyline injury designed to get him away from ringside while the Triple H and Legacy angle took place.
