As noted earlier, Hulk Hogan is not at tonight's TNA IMPACT! tapings. If he appears on the show, it will be in pre-taped segments.

The belief is that Sting will not return as an on air character until "several months" into 2010.

Dixie Carter announced on her Twitter that she would be on the company's tour of Australia. Carter also announced that she had signed Knockouts Champion ODB to a new, multi-year contract.

The Ultimate Warrior's lawsuit against WWE, which the Warrior already conceded, will be dismissed with prejudice November 27th. The lawsuit was over the Self Destruction of The Ultimate Warrior,/i> DVD. Judge Roslyn O. Silver is giving Warrior's side until the 27th to file anything that could put the case back in motion, but all signs indicate that the case will be over on the 27th. Warrior recently stated that a portion of the lawsuit that is under federal jurisdiction is still ongoing, but that has not been confirmed.
