- According to Dave Meltzer, Hulk Hogan had back surgery this past Friday which would allow him to continue wrestling. The surgery was not a career-ending type procedure that was required. The word going around is that his doctors would probably not want him wrestling anytime soon.
Sources within WWE are saying they would be surprised if Hogan comes back to face Chris Jericho at Wrestlemania. The thought was that if Hogan and Vince McMahon had a deal prior to Wrestlemania, he would have postponed the surgery until after the event.
Hogan continues to throw his name out to the public so it is still a wait-and-see type of deal at this point.
