MMAScoops.com is reporting that the Conroe Courier has an article up looking at former WWE star Nick Mitchell (who was a former Tough Enough competitor and was part of The Spirit Squad) training recently for MMA. Mitchell will be fighting on February 6 in Houston, TX for Saul Soliz’s “Young Guns” Mixed Martial Arts event. Mitchell added: "My opponent keeps saying I’m trying to be another Lesnar. I’m sick of hearing it. I’m my own man."

According to MMAScoops.com, American Top Team Fighter Bobby Lashley has suffered an ankle ligament injury, and will have to pull out of his second fight. The fight was to take place at the PFC: Best of Both Worlds event on February 6th, against Mike Hayes. Nothing more is known at this time and how long Lashley will be out of action.
