WWE is looking at opening a developmental territory in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. All reports indicate that the project is being headed up by WWE Canada’s Carl DeMarco and the project will not be completed until late 2008.

Sheamus O’Shaunessy from Dublin has signed a developmental contract with World Wrestling Entertainment. O’Shaunessy is nicknamed “The Irish Curse,” stands 6’6 tall, and weighs 280 pounds. He has five years of professional wrestling experience and has red hair. O’Shaunessy has been working in WWE’s Florida Championship Wrestling developmental territory.

We have also received word that WWE has signed five other European talents to developmental deals; however, their names were not made available as of this writing.
