-- Eric Bischoff noted on his Twitter page (twitter.com/EBischoff) that Ted Turner — Vince McMahon's arch nemesis — declined World Wrestling Entertainment's offer to take part in their upcoming "Rise and Fall of WCW" DVD. Bischoff also notes speaking to former TBS president Bill Shaw, who helped him rise to power in World Championship Wrestling in the early-1990s. He says Shaw declined to participate in WWE's project as well.
