Last week on Monday Night Raw, the WWE locker room was put on notice when the sadistic and disturbing ruler of the firefly funhouse made his long awaited RAW return. “The Fiend”, another alter ego of Bray Wyatt, is extremely popular the WWE Universe right now, something that the creative team must take full advantage of. WWE has a second chance with Bray and they can not let him down this time. From the creepy closeup camera angles of The Fiend’s face, to the fading and distorted music of Finn Balor, to the lights circling the arena and illuminating the mask of the Fiend, here are the top five match options for Bray Wyatt now that he’s back.

5. Daniel Bryan

What better way to kick off this list than with a match between two former WWE champions. Bryan and Wyatt have a history of tension and betrayal and it would be awesome for Wyatt if he could have another classic match with Daniel Bryan like their bout at The Royal Rumble 2014. For a brief period in 2014, Bryan actually joined the Wyatt family which makes Rowan on the outside an extra factor during the match. Bryan is a fantastic, and safe opponent for The Fiend. They almost guarantee they’ll have a great match together.

4. Randy Orton

The three most destructive letters in sports entertainment (RKO), vs the five scariest letters in pro wrestling after this week: Fiend. Although Wyatt and Orton faced off against one another just 2 years ago, a revamped Randy Orton against the new Bray Wyatt would reignite their intense rivalry. Between Randy burning down sister Abigail’s house to Bray projecting bugs in the ring during their match, it wouldn’t only be their fight that was special, but the entire program leading up to it.

3. The Undertaker

As if it was impossible for Wyatt to get any creepier, adding the Fiend gimmick to the mix with the Undertaker would be, well badass to say the least. This feud promises to be one of the best renewed rivalries in recent history if WWE goes through with it, it would be the perfect opportunity for Undertaker to finally pass the torch onto the next horrifying and ghostly WWE gimmick. The only thing that would hold this match back is it running too long; they should keep it on the shorter side.

2. Aleister Black

Aleister Black has been literally begging for someone to knock on his door and pick a fight with him for the the last two months. Cesaro stepped up to the plate but ate a Black Mass kick to the face twice and fell short both times. Would the Fiend be any different though? I’m sure because the Fiend vs. Aleister Black would be nothing short of pro wrestling magic. With the rumors that Wyatt has lots of creative control over this character, the promo battles between the two talents would make my head spin and the match promises to be nothing short of spectacular with this amount of raw talent in the ring.

1. “Demon” Finn Balor

Finally, the number one smartest and best match for the Fiend right now is the one that WWE actually seems to be going with for a change, The Demon Finn Balor vs The Fiend Bray Wyatt. When two wrestlers with this intense and creepy of alter egos hit the ring, there’s no saying what will follow. The in-ring carnage and emotion that will be brought to the table by these two will be off the charts and a win against Demon Balor would be absolutely huge for the Fiend’s career.
