Hi folks! Today, I bring you a gallery of all 58 title holders of the WWE 24/7 Championship. As many will know, WWE deactivated the championship last week after Nikki Cross defeated Dana Brooke.
As a tribute to the rule made famous by the WWF Hardcore Championship, Mick Foley activated it to a mixed reaction on May 20, 2019. WWE recognizes 196 reigns, although this list includes 9 excluded reigns, bringing the overall tally to 205. The title’s history ended on November 9, 2022. Champions are listed in the order of when they first won the title.
#1. Titus O’Neil – 1 time, less than 1 day
He may be the only champion who didn’t need to pin anybody to claim it. Mick Foley laid the belt in the ring and Titus O’Neil picked it up during a scramble with many other Raw Superstars.
#2. Robert Roode – 1 time, less than 1 day
He was the first superstar to claim the WWE 24/7 Championship via pin by taking it from Titus O’Neil moments after he picked it up.
#3. R-Truth – 54 times, 423 days
Almost fourteen months makes R-Truth the longest reigning 24/7 Champion in its history. He is the only superstar to have it for more than a year across his combined reigns, and the first to hold it for more than a week. He may hold the WWE record for most title reigns of any championship.
Many will agree that R-Truth was the most entertaining title holder. He will always be remembered as the ultimate 24/7, 48/7, 7/11, I-95 South (add more if you like) Champion. And that’s the truth!
#4. Elias – 4 times, 15 days

For his first reign, he became the first to claim the title in between shows. The change happened on a golf course and was uploaded to WWE’s website & social media.
