ewrestlingnews has been told by a reliable source that the character that has been in vignettes for the past few weeks is now revealed to be former member of the Wyatt family Luke Harper. Wwe is reportedly going to give Harper a large heelish babyface push in the coming weeks with vignettes and an eventual debut. Wwe is no longer pushing rowan big time. They are developing a loving giant type of comedy character with rowan and wwe has even reportedly lined up plans for a us title match at mania that will include rusev vs harper.
of course this should be taken just as a rumor and plans can and probably will change.
