Jimmy Snuka Pleads Not Guilty To Third-Degree Murder And Involuntary Manslaughter Charges

Jimmy Snuka appeared in court today to be arraigned on charges of third-degree murder and involuntary manslaughter in LeHigh Valley, PA before Judge Kelly L. Banach. Snuka is being charged for the 1983 murder case involving the death of his girlfriend, Nancy Argentino.

Snuka told the judge that he is not guilty of the charges against him at today’s hearing, which if found guilty, he could serve up to forty years in prison.

In the hearing, Snuka would claim that he never went to school and can’t read or write English. Snuka would then tell the judge he suffers from early onset dementia and didn’t know where he was today or what day it is.
