Jimmy “Superfly” Snuka is scheduled to be arraigned on charges of third-degree murder and involuntary manslaughter on Monday, November 2nd at 11 AM in LeHigh Valley, PA before Judge Kelly L. Banach.
The case will be going right to trial and as part of the deal, the defense would receive access to the grand jury transcripts.
As noted, Snuka is being charged for the 1983 murder case involving the death of his girlfriend, Nancy Argentino.
