Mick Foley appeared on Chael Sonnen’s You’re Welcome! podcast and talked a variety of WWE topics and more. Check out some highlights:

On CM Punk’s transition into the UFC: “I don’t know how he’s going to do. Honestly, I don’t. But I know no one will out-work him. No one will out-train him. He’ll leave it all out there in the octagon. I know he’s taking it very seriously, and we’ll all find out. If he’s not successful, it sure won’t be for a lack of trying.”

On which NXT star will be the next WrestleMania main eventer: “Kevin Owens is getting that huge break, and it came pretty quickly. Finn Balor tore down the house in Japan, and Chris Jericho and Neville had this amazing match. It’s just a matter of which guy catches fire. If WWE does the right thing with women in NXT, they could completely change the way that women’s wrestling is looked at, and contribute to the way women’s sports are looked at as well.”

On if there’s a woman in WWE who could be the equivalent of Ronda Rousey in the UFC: “Sasha Banks, Ric Flair’s daughter Charlotte, Becky Lynch and Bayley in NXT could come over as a fore-some. I’m afraid if they come over one at a time they’ll get absorbed into the system instead of changing it. If they come over as a fore-some and they do the right thing – and I can’t stress how important this is to me. If I was a politician this would be my one issue I would talk constantly about.”
