Puroresu Spirit reports that the ownership of Pro Wrestling NOAH will be transferred to Estbee Co., Ltd, starting today, November 1st. Estbee wants to further build and develop NOAH as a professional wrestling promotion. Also, Masayuki Uchida will take over the position as the president; Yosuke Fuwa will be the new representing director; Akira Taue will stay as a close consultant to both; and Uchida, who previously served as the president of All Japan Wrestling, will also work as a consultant to Wrestle-1.
