WWE Hall of Famer Tammy “Sunny” Sytch will now have to face trial on charges of driving under the influence, driving with a suspended license and careless driving. This stems from an incident on May 30 when Sytch was pulled over by a patrol car in Palmerton, Pennsylvania and she failed a sobriety test, testing with a blood alcohol level of .253 percent. That’s well over THREE TIMES over the legal driving limit. I you’re interested, you can click here to view Sunny’s shocking mugshot photo from that arrest.

Sytch did not appear at two scheduled court hearings for the case on July 29 and August 21. She was scheduled for arraignment on September 3, but she again did not appear. A Bench warrant was then issued for the arrest. Her pre-trial conference is scheduled for December 1 at 9AM in Carbon, County, Pennsylvania in order to review the status of the case with the prosecution and the defense. In the event that Sytch and the prosecution do not come to a deal before or at the December 1 hearing, Sytch will have to face trial before a jury on December 7.

The trial would reportedly only cover her previous her first of three DUI offenses for this year. She was also arrested on June 1 in Towamensing Township. She was then arrested again on a DUI charge after crashing her car on June 20. Those cases are still pending.
