AEW Revolution has come and gone! Who will remain standing as the Elites descend on Denver, Colorado?

Jon Moxley

Still SO excited about Jon Moxley being AEW Champ! It’s not a swerve, it’s not a throwaway because the champion got in trouble, AEW CHOSE Mox to be their champion because they saw the real talent Mox has always had.

LOVED this pop for Mox, not as loud as 2016, but definitely as heartfelt. Mox could be a contender to be a People’s Champ type of wrestler. I LOVED this promo! It came across as genuinely heartfelt. As someone who grew up watching ‘Sports Entertainment’, AEW bringing back ‘pro-wrestling’ is such a breath of fresh air. I love Mox wanting to be a fighting champ.

This is the first 20 minute promo in AEW, but it didn’t feel like it because Jericho and Mox are just that damn good on the mic, they kept it moving. I also like Jericho writing himself off TV with that stipulation; along with Jericho being mad that he got played by Mox over the eye; like that really made a fucking difference. I also like how Jericho is keeping the Inner Circle hot by making them a threat to the whole roster.

So, Jericho’s basically hinting that Lance Archer is his new hired gun. I like that.

SCU and Colt Cabana vs Dark Order

So, it looks like all’s well with SCU again after Saturday. I’ve never seen Colt Cabana wrestle, so I’m intrigued by this. He looks and acts like a goof though.

This was a great match! Not sold on Colt Cabana, he seems to be a little too much of a goof for my liking, but I’m glad he got the win for his team. Great match! So, who is the Exalted One?

Love the look back at that AMAZING tag match from Revolution. Such a great match!

Big Swole vs Leva Bates

Britt’s here off her tag match win from Dark. Her and Schiavone could be a great hosting team.

Swole’s here! She’s going to have her hands full trying to get a good match out of Leva Bates, but it should be interesting.

That wasn’t much of a match…grrr, but Swole won, that’s what counts, but I wish that had gone longer.

Cody Promo

Okay, that was unexpected. Of all things I EXPECTED to happen with this Cody promo, Jake ‘The Snake’ Roberts coming out and cutting a promo as only he can, was NOT on my bingo card. I have a pretty good idea of who Roberts’ client MIGHT be, but we’ll see.

One thing I love about AEW is how they use legends. They don’t put them in matches against younger talent, well, except for DDP. They use them as managers, they use them as people preparing the next generation. It’s something WWE should really be doing instead of having 53 year old beat younger talent for the top prize.

Chuck Taylor vs PAC

Another match stemming from Revolution. It was a pretty great match, but the bigger story is PAC’s new alliance with the Lucha Brothers, ‘Death Triangle’. I’d rethink the name, but I love the team. Three guys feeling overlooked when it comes to the title picture taking everyone out.

Shawn Spears and Tully Blanchard

These two are fun together, and the search is still on for Spears’ new tag partner, not sure anyone will want to tag with a guy known for leaving his partners to fend for themselves in the ring.

QT Marshall with Brandi Rhodes and Dustin Rhodes vs Jake Hager with Santana and Ortiz

Okay, so apparently, Marshall and Dustin are a new tag team called ‘Natural Nightmares’…not crazy about the name, but we’ll see how this goes.

Let’s be real, we all knew Marshall would get killed. The point of this match was to build up a possible Elite vs Inner Circle for Blood and Guts and further the ‘Implosion of the Elite’ storyline. That said, I’m SO down for Matt Jackson and Hangman Page having a one on one match.

3-11 AEW Dynamite Card

  • Cody vs Ortiz
  • Death Triangle in Action
  • Blood and Guts Rules
  • Jurassic Express vs MJF, Butcher and Blade

MJF Promo

Yeah, that shirt is ugly and lame. Can’t wait for Cody to find a way to get his hands on MJF again. I did laugh at the shade thrown at Cody’s tat.

Jon Moxley and Darby Allin vs Chris Jericho and Sammy Guevara

Well, you had to expect that Jericho would have a backup plan and not go into that 60 day absence just yet. Mox got jumped by the Inner Circle before the match started, which left Darby Allin to carry on alone. I like that Allin put up a hell of a fight, but Inner Circle took this one, Jericho will still be here next week, BUT Jericho didn’t pin Mox. Give Mox his due, he came back and went through a table with a Shield style powerbomb for his trouble. This will be a nasty fight to the end. Can’t wait.

That’s it for Tiffany’s Takes AEW Dynamite! Stay tuned for continuing coverage!
