ROH Survival of the Fittest 2016: Bobby Fish
With the 2015 winner of the tournament already being covered, we move on to the 2016 tournament winner – Bobby Fish. Fish would defeat Kenny King in his qualifying match for the tournament. He would go on to defeat Lio Rush, Punishment Martinez, Jax Dane, Dalton Castle, and The Panther to win the tournament. Bobby’s championship opportunity would come at ROH Manhattan Mayhem 2017, where he would come up short in his match against Adam Cole. Fish would never end up winning the ROH World Championship.
Fish would exit Ring of Honor alongside his partner, Kyle O’Reilly, to sign with WWE in 2017. He would debut alongside O’Reilly and Adam Cole on WWE’s NXT brand. He would go on to become a two-time NXT Tag Team Champion.
Bobby Fish is currently signed to WWE’s NXT brand as a singles competitor.
