WWE NXT Results For September 16th, 2015: Bayley Returns

Welcome to WWE NXT, Tyler Breeze walk down to the ring to open the show. Before he could start his promo. Adam Rose interrupted and cuts a promo about how the fans took a dump on the Adam Rose party. He will now take a big poop on the fans party. He is the party pooper. This leads to Bull Dempsey walking out to the stage. Dempsey said that Breeze’s attack last week was no accident, which is just what is about to happen to Breeze. This leads to Breeze is appalled that Dempsey would interrupt him. Breeze said the day that Bull was born was an accident just like them being put together as a tag team. Breeze said he is in the middle of a match or he would beat him up. Bull told Rose to get out of his ring. Rose told him no because he is here to make a statement. Rose slapped Dempsey. This led to hitting Rose with a series of jabs then a shoulder tackle. Rose rolled to the floor, Breeze attacked Dempsey from behind. This led to a brawl and Breeze ran up the ramp way to the stage. Dempsey yelled that he wants a match now.

-Commercial Break-

A WWE cameraman caught up with Tyler Breeze in the back and asked about Dempsey’s challenge. Breeze accepted the challenge and walked away.


Singles match: Tye Dillinger vs. Danny Burch


After the two exchanged rest holds, Dillinger hit a few clotheslines. Dillinger drops Burch’s face across his knee for the win.

Winner: Dillinger

-Commercial Break-


Singles match: Apollo Crews vs. Solomon Crowe.


They lock up, both men exchange headlocks. Crews with a drop kick to Crowe. This leads to crews hitting an impressive suplex that sends Crowe to the floor. Crews went for a baseball slide but missed and Crowe landed a series of right hands to the back of the head of Crews. Back in the ring, Crowe pinned him for 2. Crowe works over the head and neck of Crews. This leads to Crews fighting out and hitting his press slam and a standing moonsault for the win.

Winner: Crews.

-Commercial Break-

Dana Brooke and Emma are shown talking backstage. Emma said that the champ is back and new women are arriving. Brooke said that they’ve decided to show them who’s in charge, which is them. “Playtime is over” and then they walked away.

Sasha Banks is seen getting out of an SUV at the building.


Dusty Rhodes Classic match: Rhyno and Baron Corbin vs. Johnny Gargano and Tommaso Ciampa.

Rhyno and Ciampa start things off. They exchange right hands, Ciampa caught him with a clothesline. This leads to Gargano being tagged in and hitting a drop kick to Rhyno. Corbin tried to get involved, but he was tossed to the floor. Rhyno was too. Gargano hit both of them with a dive through the ropes. Ciampa hit a crossbody dive off the top rope taking out the two men. This leads to Ciampa being the legal man, but once in the ring, Rhyno takes his head off with a clothesline. Corbin tagged in and nailed a big shoulder tackle taking out Ciampa.

-Commercial Break-


We’re back from break with Rhyno and Corbin in control of Ciampa. Moments later, Ciampa ducked a clothesline and got the hot tag to Gargano. Things break down in the ring. Gargano kicked Corbin in the face then rolled him up for 2. Gargano ran right into the End of Days by Corbin for the win.

Winners: Corbin and Rhyno.

Bayley brought her number one fan into the ring and celebrated her championship win at NXT Takeover: Brooklyn.

Singles match: Bayley vs. Sarah Dobson.

They lock up, Dobson locked in a headlock, but Bayley fought with a series of rights. This led to Bayley hitting a spear in the corner then a splash. Bayley with a suplex then the Belly-to-Bayley for the win.

Winner: Bayley

Post-match, Bayley grabbed a microphone. Bayley was about to cut a promo, but Sasha Banks walked down to the ring to interrupt her. Banks said that she’s out her to congratulate her. Banks said since their match at Takeover, all she’s heard about is how greatest women’s match that this company has ever seen. Banks said that she came here to be the best. She said that Bayley is good and at Takeover she was great. However, Bayley is still not her. Bayley interrupted, she said that she is proud to hold this title. Bayley said that she’s willing to do a rematch. Anytime, anywhere. Banks said not tonight, but she does want to beat her over and over. NXT GM William Regal comes out and makes the rematch for NXT TakeOver: Respect in a main event IronWoman match.

The two girls have a staredown to close the show.
