Welcome to another edition of WWE Recap Report — a breakdown of the biggest takeaways of the week from WWE for those who may have missed out.

Whether you need to catch up on a show, had too busy of a week to stay on top of the news or just skipped out on WWE as a whole, I’ve got you covered.

Obviously, not every single thing will be recapped here in detail. But this is your TL;DR of the week to be caught up to speed before the next Monday Night Raw so you’re not left in the dark.

With that being said, here is a quick rundown of this week in WWE.

WWE MAIN EVENT

  • Ricochet defeated Eric Young
  • Humberto Carrillo defeated Shelton Benjamin

  • MVP spoke about wanting to give guidance to Edge, who was only interested in bringing out Randy Orton. After giving Orton an RKO of his own, Edge took out MVP with two Con-Chair-Tos.
  • Aleister Black beat Seth Rollins by disqualification after Murphy got involved. The Street Profits and The Viking Raiders made the save and challenged them to an eight-man tag team match. Seth Rollins, Murphy and AOP then beat The Viking Raiders and The Street Profits by pinfall and when Kevin Owens tried to come out to attack, Rollins gave him a stomp and stood tall.

NXT

  • Keith Lee defeated Cameron Grimes by pinfall to retain the North American Championship. Damian Priest attacked Lee after the match until Dominik Dijakovic ran him off. However, Lee then powerbombed Dijakovic as he didn’t know it was Priest who had attacked him.
  • Mia Yim defeated Dakota Kai by pinfall to qualify for the TakeOver: Tampa NXT Women’s Championship No. 1 contender’s ladder match. Raquel Gonzalez laid out Yim after the match.

  • Two masked men came out of an SUV backstage, grabbed Raul Mendoza, put him into the car and sped off.

NEWS, RUMORS AND MISCELLANEOUS OTHER INFORMATION

  • Everything this week was dedicated to the constant news cycle of the coronavirus. The long story short of the situation is that everything seems to be cancelled entirely or moved to the Performance Center in front of no audience. There is still no official guarantee that WrestleMania will go on as scheduled, nor has it been officially cancelled, moved, or anything else. We’re just going to have to wait.
  • Rob Gronkowski will be signing with WWE to become a superstar and will be on SmackDown next week.
