Missy Hyatt, whose real name is Melissa Hiatt, was arrested back on March 26, 2015 in Tallahassee, Florida in her hometown for grand theft. She is fifty-one years of age.
Hyatt was then booked into the Leon County Jail and released the following day. According to Leon County Sheriff’s Office’s “Daily Booking Report” in Florida, the charge noted as “grand theft is $300 or more but less than $5,000.”
Usually, the courts will give additional details on the arrest that is posted online for anyone in the public to see, but in this case was not.
She is facing a felony in the third degree, which is punishable by up to five years in prison.
