- In the main event, Trick Williams gave an assist to Carmelo Hayes to help him defeat Bron Breakker for the NXT Championship.
- After spending over 3 years in WWE’s developmental system, Indi Hartwell finally broke through by becoming the NXT Women’s Champion. Dexter Lumis helped her to win the ladder match.
- In the Unsanctioned match between Grayson Waller and Johnny Gargano, Candice LeRae got involved by attacking him with a kendo stick.
- In other matches, the NXT Tag Team Champions Gallus retained, along with Wes Lee, but Fallon Henley and Kiana James lost their tag team titles to Alba Fyre & Isla Dawn.
