- There was only one Extreme Rules match, which saw Universal Champion Roman Reigns defeat “The Demon” Finn Balor after the ropes broke and hurt his knee.
- Becky Lynch vs. Bianca Belair ended in a No Contest because Sasha Banks returned and interfered in the match.
- After Charlotte Flair retained against Alexa Bliss, she tore her Lilly doll in to pieces. Bliss picked up what was left of Lilly and cried.
